Rock The Bells Countdown X Blu & Exile

Rock the Bells, (LA edition) is happening 8/20.  It's cool when festivals  have local artists get their shine on and perform on the same stage as the hip hop legends.  You think anybody FROM Coachella actually performed at Coachella. HELLNO. 

But this weekend, Los Angeles native emcee Blu is hitting the "36 Chambers" stage with Fashawn and DJ/Producer Exile.

Most got familiar with Blu and Exile from their 2007 LP "Below the Heavens".  If you were on your game you also got (got = free)  Blu's 2009 mixtape HerFavoriteColo(u)r.  If not, don't be mad, HerFavoriteColo(u)r got mastered and re-released this year and is also available on iTunes.

NASTY NAS ...is back

As quietest is kept, the best rapper in town is also working on an album, and recently released his single "Nasty".  Despite where your mind may go, this track is a brother to "Made You Look", the beat goes in, the lyrics are indeed nasty.
